WHY ?

Future.Living and the ArtGeneration Initiative –
Savoir-vivre  locations in the European Union
Sea

These European lifestyle locations offer an impressive blend of rich nature and fascinating cultural attractions. Not only tourists, but also potential newcomers, freelancers, and workation specialists in the fields of medicine, construction, AI, agriculture, and forestry will find ideal conditions here. Thanks to connections to various modes of transport such as cars, buses, trains, ferries, and planes, these regions are easily accessible and are enjoying growing popularity. Central and northwestern Spain in particular, as well as selected regions of southeastern Europe with their inland lakes and river systems, impress with majestic mountains, green valleys, and expansive landscapes that invite exploration.
We are stardust, we are golden
We are billion-year-old carbon
And we've got to get ourselves
Back to the garden

These lines from “Woodstock” by Joni Mitchell describe the emotions of the first Pop Culture generation and the beatnik generation that followed, while also capturing the longings of later generations.

In Europe, contemporary opportunities for implementation can be found in the European Community's Savoir-vivre locations: from the breathtaking center of Spain with the almost untouched Extremadura to the unique natural landscapes and historical cultural areas of Southeast Europe. Here, places are emerging where future orientation and quality of life come together in harmony.

Visitors and new residents of ArtGeneration projects have a wide range of opportunities to explore these fascinating landscapes. Ancient ruins, traditional villages, and UNESCO World Heritage Sites take you on a journey through the centuries. The hospitality of the locals, the regional cuisine, and lively markets make for an unforgettable overall experience.

Another incentive for newcomers is the low prices compared to established European destinations. Untouched nature, fresh air, and clear water make the Savoir-vivre locations relaxing and healthy travel and living destinations.

ArtGeneration: Creative perspectives for a sustainable future
The ArtGeneration initiative presents innovative concepts for a modern, environmentally friendly future in connection with the Savoir-vivre locations: Beatnik Villages and PopCures Boarding Homes as model projects for networked living, life, work, and mobility. The focus is on international health tourism, green care agrotourism, and workation. In addition, “residence sharing” with friends, cultural offerings, and programs for health, fitness, and hiking are being developed.

The ArtGeneration concepts offer attractive alternatives in the areas of work, living, and tourism for all age groups. They are based on creative, ecological, and altruistic themes, combining the lifestyle of the Beatnik movement with the pop culture spirit of the 60s and 70s and the traditional philosophy of life in southern countries, thus creating a characteristic connection between retro feeling and modern approaches to the future.

ArtGeneration's activities are aimed at people who aspire to live and work independently. The target groups are primarily residents of metropolitan areas and large cities in Germany, the EU, Norway, England, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, Japan, and Australia. The projects offer living, working, and vacation opportunities for retirees, expatriates, freelancers, RbI program participants, and start-ups from various industries, such as digital professionals. This is complemented by special expertise in the field of AI applications for social improvement and support of regional economic development.

The connection between the Savoir vivre locations and the ArtGeneration initiative creates a unique synergy that combines natural beauty, cultural heritage, and healthy living. These innovative model projects can serve as a blueprint for a sustainable future, not only for the regions involved, but also internationally.

The ArtGeneration PopCulture Generations Living Environments include structural implementations such as energy-efficient building and monument renovation, ecological new buildings, innovative mobility concepts, and diverse cultural activities, including PopCures and cultural exchange. Planned “educational sites (UNESCO Culture Health)” and theme parks are intended to serve as beacons representing the entire spectrum of sustainability – in trade, production, services, IT development, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, art (e.g., art retreats, film locations, comics, and gaming such as crossplayer, steampunk, and cosplayer resorts), music, literature, theater, fashion, design, arts and crafts, health, and AI smart home entertainment management.
Strategies for establishing companies or cooperatives are planned for slow movement topics such as cycling, canoeing, and health hiking, outdoor equipment, and the development of health resorts. Examples include agrotourism with green care, natural healing methods, and ecological agriculture and forestry, clean (rainbow) eating and planetary health diets, herb cultivation, solar greenhouses, agro-solar, and the cultivation of renewable raw materials. The ArtGeneration projects are thus not only an innovative model for sustainable living, working, and traveling, but also offer a wide range of opportunities for investment, cooperation, and a holistic, healthy lifestyle for people of different age groups and industries worldwide.
