By supporting our project, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Support Relationship:
Your support is provided voluntarily as a one-time contribution and does not constitute a purchase agreement under the Civil Code (BGB). As a token of appreciation, you will receive a supporter package, the contents of which are detailed in the project description.

Return and Withdrawal Rights:
Since the support is not a traditional purchase, there is no right of withdrawal or return. However, if any items in the supporter package arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.

Liability Exclusions:
We are not liable for delays in production or delivery caused by force majeure or unforeseen events.

Payment Terms:
The support amount is a one-time payment and must be made in advance. Processing of your supporter package will only begin after payment is received.

Confirmation of Support:
Once your contribution is received, you will receive written confirmation (e.g., via email) outlining the support amount, the chosen rewards, and the estimated production time for your supporter package.
